Film Your Event is a small company owned and run by Pieter Willemse. We offer very personal and bespoke video production services to our clients. In most cases Pieter will be doing the filming but he also has a number of highly skilled cameramen and editors working with him.
We specialise in filming small to medium size conferences and events. That includes presentations, seminars, conferences, panel discussions, live demonstrations, meetings etc. Apart from recording the whole event, we also specialise in creating short overview videos which is great to send out to delegates and to use as a marketing tool for your next event
A high number of our clients are new to video and we are more than happy to guide you through the process while working in the background and let your event run smoothly

We have a range of professional Sony 4K broadcast and DSLR cameras, Sennheiser sound and light equipment that we use depending on the job. It is all included in the price.

Your conference can be filmed with either 1 or multiple camera setups. We would be happy to advise and help you make the right decision.
Editing & Post Production
We offer comprehensive editing and post-production services making use of creative in-house editors for a fast turn around time at competitive rates.
This includes:
- Video editing
- Slide presentations, graphics and charts
- Animations
- Audio extraction to mp3 files
Encoding
Whether you need to host your content on your own servers or public service providers we can advise and encode it correctly and at the best quality for your chosen platform. We have the team and the software to encode it to the highest standards and to any format.
